How long is your delivery time?

Standard delivery time: 4-9 business days (Canada Post)

Express delivery time: 2-4 business days (DHL Express)

I have returned my unwanted item but haven’t received a refund?

After you have received your confirmation e-mail that your return has been processed it takes 2-5 working days until your money is refunded. If you haven’t received your refund within this time, please contact us.

I have received a defective product and would like to claim the product. How do I do this?

If you believe that you have received a defective product, please contact us via e-mail at support@beardedmanapparel.com. State Claim and the order number in the subject line with a short description of what the defect is. Please provide a picture if possible.

Products provided are not discoloured upon delivery, discoloured products are not covered by the Return policy as it is considered as normal wear.
